"Hot line"

In order to provide citizens with advisory assistance a dispatch service was established (on the principle of a "hot line") on the base of Smorgon District Executive Committee. Responsible for the work of the service head of the sector which  work with appeals of citizens and legal entities of the district executive committee Viktor Zayanchkovsky (room 308), tel. 3-16-16.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday: 8.00 - 13.00, 14.00 - 17.00

Saturday: 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

Sunday: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

The book of remarks and proposals of the Smorgon District Executive Committee is in the Room No. 308.

Responsible for keeping the book of comments and suggestions, head of the sector for dealing with citizens and legal entities of the district executive committee Viktor Zayanchkovsky.

Preliminary record of the reception to the chairman of the Smorgon District Executive Committee is headed by Viktor Viktorovich Zayanchkovsky, Head of the Department for Work with Citizens and Legal Persons of the District Executive Committee (room 308), tel. 3-16-16, on working days from 8.00 to 13.00, from 14.00 to 17.00.

Responsible for the "hot line" in the HICC "Lesnaya Polyana" - Yakusheva I.S., deputy Director for teaching and educational work.
